Bluffstone Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Bluffstone mobil oyununu ("Oyun") kullanırken hangi bilgilerin toplandığını ve nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar. Oyunun geliştiricisi Mücahit Çatalkaya'dır.
Topladığımız bilgiler
- Oyuncu hesabı: online oyun için oluşturulan rastgele misafir kodu, oyuncu adı, altın bakiyesi, maç istatistikleri (oynanan, kazanılan, kaybedilen maçlar), satın alınan oyun içi temalar ve reklam ödülü kayıtları.
- Google Play Games (isteğe bağlı): Google Play Games ile giriş yaparsanız, Play Games oyuncu kimliğiniz ve görünen adınız hesabınızla eşleştirilir. Google şifrenize erişmeyiz.
- Teknik kayıtlar: kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hataları gidermek için sunucu kayıtlarında IP adresi ve istek bilgileri kısa süreli tutulabilir.
- Cihaz üzerinde: oturum anahtarı, tema ve zorluk tercihi gibi ayarlar yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
Ad-soyad, telefon numarası, e-posta, rehber, fotoğraf veya konum bilgisi istemeyiz.
Reklamlar
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob; reklam kimliği, cihaz bilgileri ve yaklaşık konum gibi verileri reklam gösterimi ve ölçümü için toplayabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılardan bu veriler için Google'ın izin penceresiyle onay istenir. Ayrıntılar: Google'ın, iş ortaklarının site ve uygulamalarından veri kullanımı.
Ödüllü reklam izlendiğinde, verilecek oyun içi altının doğru hesaba yazılması için oyuncu kimliğiniz Google'a iletilir.
Bilgilerin kullanımı
- Online maçları, eşleşmeyi, sıralamayı ve oyun içi ekonomiyi çalıştırmak,
- Hileyi ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek,
- Reklam göstermek ve reklam ödüllerini vermek.
Bilgilerinizi satmayız ve yukarıdakiler dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap bilgileri, hesap silinene kadar saklanır. Hesabınızın ve ilgili verilerin silinmesini istemek için oyun içindeki oyuncu kodunuzla birlikte catalkaya@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talepler 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.
Hesap silme
Taş Kağıt Makas: Bluffstone (geliştirici: Mücahit Çatalkaya) hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi silmek için:
- Oyunu açın, ONLINE OYNA ekranının üstünde yazan oyuncu kodunuzu (ör. AB12345) not edin.
- catalkaya@gmail.com adresine "Bluffstone hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve oyuncu kodunuzu yazın.
- Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size e-postayla bilgi verilir.
Silinen veriler: oyuncu kodu, oyuncu adı, Google Play Games bağlantısı, altın bakiyesi, maç istatistikleri, satın alınan temalar ve reklam ödülü kayıtları.
Saklanan veriler: kötüye kullanımı önlemek için tutulan sunucu kayıtları (IP adresi, istek bilgisi) en fazla 90 gün saklanır, sonra silinir. Google AdMob'un topladığı veriler Google'ın kendi politikasına tabidir.
Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilgi toplamayız.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; güncel hali her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Bluffstone Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used when you play the Bluffstone mobile game (the "Game"). The Game is developed by Mücahit Çatalkaya.
Information we collect
- Player account: a random guest code created for online play, player name, coin balance, match statistics (games played, won, lost), purchased in-game themes and ad reward records.
- Google Play Games (optional): if you sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player ID and display name are linked to your account. We never access your Google password.
- Technical logs: IP addresses and request details may be kept briefly in server logs to prevent abuse and fix errors.
- On your device: settings such as your session key, theme and difficulty preference are stored only on your device.
We do not ask for your real name, phone number, email, contacts, photos or location.
Advertising
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect data such as the advertising ID, device information and approximate location to serve and measure ads. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form. Details: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
When you watch a rewarded ad, your player ID is passed to Google so that the in-game coins are credited to the correct account.
How we use information
- To run online matches, matchmaking, leaderboards and the in-game economy,
- To prevent cheating and abuse,
- To show ads and grant ad rewards.
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties other than as described above.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept until the account is deleted. To request deletion of your account and related data, email catalkaya@gmail.com with your in-game player code; requests are handled within 30 days.
Account deletion
To delete your Taş Kağıt Makas: Bluffstone (developer: Mücahit Çatalkaya) account and related data:
- Open the game and note your player code shown at the top of the ONLINE screen (e.g. AB12345).
- Email catalkaya@gmail.com with the subject "Bluffstone account deletion" and include your player code.
- Your request is completed within 30 days and you will be notified by email.
Deleted data: player code, player name, Google Play Games link, coin balance, match statistics, purchased themes and ad reward records.
Retained data: server logs kept to prevent abuse (IP address, request details) are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Data collected by Google AdMob is subject to Google's own policy.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
